Amanda Clark


Amanda Clark is an associate at the firm in the area of labor and employment law. As with most all of the other labor attorneys at the firm, Amanda has worked with public and private sector unions, as well as individual employment plaintiffs. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2011, Amanda has worked on issues involving wrongful termination, whistleblowing, wage and hour disputes, breach of employment contract, enforcing arbitration awards, public sector interest arbitrations, grievance arbitrations, Family Medical Leave Act claims, and Title VII claims.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Government & Scandinavian Studies, Summa Cum Laude, from North Park University. She received her Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law where she graduated with a Certificate in Labor and Employment Law from The Institute for Law and the Workplace. During her time at Chicago-Kent, Amanda was a student editor of the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal as well as the Illinois Public Employee Relations Report. Amanda also received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in two labor and employment curriculum classes.
