Asher, Gittler & D’Alba, Ltd. is a labor and employment law firm that has dedicated its existence to the fight for respect, fairness and integrity in the workplace since its inception in 1951. Based in downtown Chicago, the firm is committed to representing the interests of labor unions and working people in all industries, settings and professions.
Guided by these principles, our attorneys principally work in three areas of practice. The first area is our labor practice, in which we serve labor organizations in every aspect of legal representation. The second area is our individual employment rights practice, in which we represent individuals who seek to enforce their legal rights in employment matters. Finally, our firm also has a robust employee benefits practice, which provides counsel to jointly-administered benefit trust funds, including pension plans, health plans, training funds and scholarship funds. We are proud that, over the years, we have developed a national reputation for our outstanding work in all of these areas.
