ABOUT
Bob Greenberg was with the firm from 1974 until his retirement at the end of 2020. His practice area was primarily focused on pursuing collection claims against employers who have failed to make accurate contributions to the pension and health & welfare benefit trust funds represented by the firm. Bob has a well-established record of success against delinquent employers in federal court, and one would be hard-pressed to find a District Court judge in Chicago who is not familiar with him.
When he was not going after unpaid benefit contributions, Bob represented individuals and business entities in real estate and property transactions, and a number of other miscellaneous matters.
We are proud to note that in 2014, Bob was recognized by the Illinois State Bar Association as a “Distinguished Counselor,” for providing over 50 years of honorable service at the Bar.
